Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the volumetric weight and destination of the order. Free shipping may be available on orders exceeding 1000 INR.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. No refund wil be provided under any circumstances. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed.
Returns and Refunds of Damaged Products
Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery only under the reason of product damage (Product unpacking video should be sent as proof). Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
